Grab a partner, family member, roommate, or a friend and join us for a playful partner yoga workshop. Learn how to tap into mindfulness by connecting your breath and movement with your partner. Build trust, communication skills, flexibility and connection while playing and having fun. Be prepared to not take yourself too seriously, as we will be inviting the element of play into this session. Let’s have some fun!
*Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.*
$15 per participant, $30 per pair
You’ll need:
A mat for each of you
Comfortable clothing to move in
