Before Your Massage:
- Arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. (You may disrobe to your own level of comfort.)
- You are welcome to bring your own CDs to play during your massage.
During Your Massage:
- Pressure of massage strokes

After Your Massage:
If soreness occurs after your session, ice the area for approximately 5 minutes at a time. Because massage therapy helps improve circulation, drinking plenty of water post-session complements this process
